Postdocs:
We have a few openings of postdocs with expertises in, but not limited to, optics, microfluidics, cell biology, optical imaging. Qualified candidates shall contact Dr. Chen via email with your CV and a brief research proposal. Details about postdoc positions are here.
Especially, we are looking for a candidate with expertise in nanomaterials synthesis, biochemistry, DNA or miRNA detection, interfacial chemistry and optics. Please contact Dr. Chen if you are interested or need more information.
Graduate students：
We welcome motivated graduate students, including PhD and Master's, to work with us. Please contact Dr. Chen for inquiry.
The potential research areas are:
1. Advanced optical trapping and manipulation techniques.
2. Light-driven self-organization of nanoparticles (i.e., nano robots).
3. Synthesis of functional nanomaterials for nanophotonics, photochemistry, sensing, and biomedicine applications.
4. Single-particle manipulation and microscopy.
5. Surface plasmon resonance imaging sensing.
